Join in children’s play by asking open ended questions, (e.g. in this photo ask what the child is writing about.) - Join in pretend play by matching facial expressions and labeling the child’s emotions
Call over another child and encourage peer interaction (sharing notes to each other, showing their writing/drawing)- Bridge peer interactions and help children with turn taking and expanding their play.
